This is supplemental file " USP10.DLL " that base on windows vita ultimate edition.

Windows XP operating system may require to download this and put in same folder as their browser ( FireFox , Internet Exploror ) If you want to see Khmer Language properly.

If you see weird word such as Srak , Jeng  not in proper place there they are supose to you will need this file.

Note: This is 32 bit version do not use it on 64bit version. It is never been test on it yet, However you can try it at your own risk.
